Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
✦ You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
✦ Full payment must be sent beforehand via PayPal only.
Only applied if not Ko-Fi commission.
✦ For personal use only.
You will use the work only for your personal, noncommercial use unless there have been an agreement otherwise in writing.
✦ I, as the artist, own the rights to all commission works.
I can use all commission art in my portfolio, upload it on any social media site and sell prints, unless otherwised accorded with client.
✦ Neither the client or anyone else is allowed to edit, copy, trace the finished artwork.
Finished commission cannot be altered, have the watermark removed or used as your own work.
Please in case of publishing online tag any of my social media accounts in the description.
✦ I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations.
Unless I am unable to finish your commission I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations. You may ask for WIPs at any given point during the working process.
✦ I reserve the right to decline your order.
✦ You may only request changes after the start of the commission twice.
WIPs may be requested at any time, however, changes can only be asked for twice during the working process. I am not obligated to make last-minute changes that could have been executed before the final WIP.
